Real have been in fine form of late, with 18 victories from their previous 19 La Liga fixtures, and they currently hold a 10-point lead over nearest rivals Barcelona in the Spanish top-flight.
Mourinho's men also won all six of their Champions League group fixtures and the Portuguese tactician is keen for his side to continue their impressive form in Europe when they travel to Moscow on Tuesday.
''We need to now focus on the match against CSKA. Everyone's happy (with our play), we have two days to recover now and we're a happy group,'' Mourinho said. ''We've got a long trip ahead ... but our motivation is high even though we know it won't be easy in Moscow.''
Madrid will be without Angel di Maria, who suffered a muscle injury during Real's win over Racing Santander at the weekend, but defender Alvaro Arbeloa is set to return to the squad.
